When you poison food/drinks, must you wear the kill disguise?

When you go to poison either food or drinks, must you wear the kill target requirement disguise or can you equip it on after poisoning with another disguise? as an example, wearing a disguise in an area as a guard, but the kill requirement needs a disguise that would otherwise be considered bad by guards etc.

You can equip it before the target die because of poisoning.

For example, you must kill target A with poison and bodyguard disguise.
Then you can use auction staff disguise when you put poison on the food, and then go change your disguise to bodyguard.
When target A ate the food and die, your disguise at the time of death is what matter.
Since you have bodyguard disguise at this time, then you fulfill the requirement.
