But as always, getting spotted or witnessed in the act will still count against you.
1/2 true
Lethal poison DOES NOT count as "an accident" that is absolutely not true no matter how many times people repeat it incorrectly
Anyone who plays contracts knows dam well that a poison kill is not calculated as an accident
However, bodies found from accidents or poison kills DO NOT count against silent assassin
As far as the body found mechanics work they are the same, the body found is meaningless
However, the game does track kill types and if you are doing contracts then you must know exactly the type of kill you must achieve and poisons and accidents are distinct
You can cycle an accident to be "any accident" or the specific accident type, just like you can cycle "any poison" to be "poison syringe" or "consumed poison", but poison will not cycle or count as accident
I'm not doing a contract, I'm trying to get silent assassin in a main story mission. I don't often do contracts because I still have a lot of main game content to chew through, but contracts are a lot of fun.
Well as far as bodies are concerned as I said: they won't count against you for either poison or accident
It's just not accurate to actually call poison an accident because the game does track both as different kill types (for those contracts where it matters)
