Why doesn't 47 need to use the bathroom?
I am vastly disappointed in this game.

He does. Just go to Hokkaido (default starting location) wearing the signature suit and check the bathroom stalls upstairs ;)

Which is also how often he needs to drink water. He eats one meal every 3 months.

My Agent 47 uses the bathroom all the time, he just uses it for murdering!!!!
