This is from memory but the legit world records for each are something roughly like this:
Paris Showstopper 32 seconds
Sapienza World of Tomorrow 55 seconds
Marrakesh Gilded Cage 1 minute 53 seconds
Bangkok Club 27 1 minute 2 seconds
Colorado Freedom Fighters 1 minute 7 seconds
Hokkaido Situs Inversus 34 seconds
I'm not even a speed runner. If you are looking at my times, that's what someone can achieve by knowing the maps well and using a solid strategy. The world record holders use tricks I can't always pull off, their timing for distractions, accuracy and split second guard dodging are more than just map knowledge, it's also hours of perfecting every minor detail to shave off every possible second. I usually stop when I'm satisfied that my route is efficient, it usually puts me somewhere in the top 10%. But the best players in the world beat my times by a minute or more.
If you really want to compare, it's best if you learn the names of well known speed runners. Any of them that are to be taken seriously have YouTube channels where they upload videos of the world record times. Once you know a few of them, you can compare what legit times look like.
Here's just a few you can trust: (in no particular order)
Frote7
GuLe
Pagan
twitchtv/mendietinha
Sora
Roy-ARJ
Hatch
Here's the entire game done in 8 minutes and 39 seconds of in-game-time (the video is 15 minutes, half of it is loading screens and equipment selection)
https://youtu.be/ActsxN786ok
If you don't know the game well you might not even recognize some of the tricks and timing events he's using, because they go by so fast. Anyway, all of his individual mission times from that video have been beaten, but it's a good sample of legit speed running.
You say that but i; as a speedrunner fan, and judging by your times; you do really look like you are
I mean, look at those times, you do really know even, for example, WHEN you need to be at the precise moment to kill Dalia! Dude, no wonder why you have EVERY SINGLE achievement on Hitman 2, no wonder why you do get a lot of recommends for your Contracts map, you do really ARE a god on Hitman
More than TheKotti, one of the most successful Hitman speedruners
As for me, well, i am gonna make do and stay where i am, cuz i know i've did a good job, even through there are a lot of hackers
Physical limitations, my god, the magic word!
That's what i do exactly have too!
For example, while subduing Helmut after he says "Hope you know you're doing, Helmut" and he gives a few steps forward so i can knock him out and put him away, i unconsciously press Q and instead knock him from the front AND alert the bodyguards nearby!
Geez, we could both be good speedrunners if it weren't for that
This guy did insane times on every map but keep in mind and its the most up to date one I could find:
He did not go for the best strategy for each map. This is a full speedrun so he tried to find a decent balance between fast and safe. And for example on Showstopper his time was around 2 minutes while he could've done that in one minute off if he were a bit faster at one point.
EDIT: Have a fricking eye on the Colorado one
Plus some of these leaderboard times are kept from older versions of the game, where a lot of speedruns were possible that are not anymore todate.
Anyways the leaderboard times are definately legit and the reason, why there are so many players having such times is because the NPCs in this game are basically event triggered and rail-scripted. So one person finds an insane strategy then posts it online and basically EVERYONE becomes an insane "speedrunner". Because a stratregy that worked out once will work out the next Bazillion times.
SECOND EDIT:
Actually speedrunning this game is not really skill-based or anything else that makes you a rare player but they are more like memorize positions so as long as you have a brain that works at least normally you can be a Hitman speedrunner. It is even more challenging to have every achievement in this game instead of having the highest score
