what is tobii eye tracking?

i have that feature in hitman 2016 options menu but its shaded or greyed out so i cant use it why is that?

It's a device that sits under your monitor and tracks your eye movement. Some games use it for moving the camera slightly, while others use it for looking at parts the interface when it's normally hidden. If you don't have one you can't use the option.
