Poison IV (poison Zaydan's food) intel
I found on internet how to poison Zaydan (wake up waiter and so on) but I wonder how am I suppose to find this in "legal" way (on my own)? I mean how am I suppose to know, that some random waiter will deliver food to general when I wake him up? I was following Zaydan for his entire "patrol route" in school, but he actually NEVER speaks anything about food or eating. Maybe he's not the one who suppose to give me this intel? Help me please.

No... He does mention something about food in the one room on 2nd floor, with the 3 (or 4?) military guys walking around. There's a table in the center with what looks like aluminum casserole (things), along with water bottles.

As for knowing about the waiter... I've wondered that myself too. Like, how would you know about it? It seems to me like one would have to stumble upon it by accident after turning on the radio that is by him. Then (doubly unlikely) follow the waiter to the school, or notice him there later.

Edit: Or maybe he talks about food where the higher ranked guy is and 2 others...? But he definitely does mention food at some point. He DOES go around to the different rooms, and eventually during his routine he will mention or ask about food.

Well, I was following him dressed up as an officer (took uniform from guy on 1st floor near the school right side entrance) and I was listening each of Zaydan's dialogues on both floors. Yet he never mentioned it and no intel was revealed. I haven't dismissed any soldier. Maybe I should do something to trigger it?

Waking up detective in Sapienza was part of opportunity but this one? Impossible I would say...

I don't recall where, but an unimportant NPC soldier mentions that Zaydan is impatiently waiting for his lunch from one of the food stalls. This one tidbit of overheard conversation is the only reference, I believe.

I think the intent was to make you check all the stalls that have poisonable foodstuffs to see why it hasn't been delivered. This sleeping waiter ends up being the only NPC who carries food.

Also, I recall that if you wait long enough (20-30 minutes) he will wake up on his own and carry out the delivery. Again, I may be recalling this incorrectly or it may be one of the minor changes the devs made since the final release.

Thanks for response. But unimportant soldier where? In school? In the streets? Somewhere else?

Sometimes you are supposed to learn such things by exploring rather than needing to be told explicitly. Sort of a call back to old school gaming.

No offense but I think it's impossible to interact with every single NPC (out of thousands!), follow them and look what they do and where... At least not without some info.

The game just does this sometimes, presumably to reward inquisitive players, similar to the hidden virus prototype in Sapienza. As to how you're "supposed" to figure it out, there's a sleeping man next to a radio. Turning it on wakes him up, so you follow him out of curiosity. You see him pick up a plate of food and take it into the school. From there it doesn't take a genius. It probably won't be anyone's kill on their first playthrough, but Hitman's all about replaying levels over and over again and finding inventive new ways to kill people.

At least there's an achievement for this one (with a picture of the plate and its surroundings). I have to ask myself what the first guy to shoot the model ship in Caruso's loft was thinking...
