Surgeon disguise in Hokkaido in Hitman GOTY?

I was trying to get the (Not) Malpractice challenge in Hokkaido, but I can't find a way to get into the operation control room to upload the kill list.

I know that in the original version of the game, the doctor that examines Jason Portman was a surgeon, and with his disguise, I would have been able to enter the control room. In the GOTY however, that guy seems to have been demoted to a plain doctor in a lab coat. I can't get into the operation room with that disguise.

Is there any other way to get a surgeon disguise?

This was changed way before GOTY, I have no idea why because it was an absolutely stupid decision, but here's the alternate solution:

Basically you go up the back stairs from the morgue and attract a surgeon there to get his disguise.

Also note: if you have enough mastery you can just start as a surgeon, and for any other challenge it's easier to get the head surgeon (when he goes out for pills)

The change can't have been made that long before the GOTY, as I definitely still got the surgeon disguise the "old" way in September last year (and the updated video you linked to was only released last month), but this definitely helps. Thanks!

Maybe "long" was an exageration, but I finished that challenge shortly before the GOTY release and had the same problem (the surgeon had been replaced by the doctor). My comment is still on his original video where I had to do it different

And just FYI he made that updated video specifically because I suggested him too, he was asking what videos he should make after he finished all the GOTY challenges, he's now mostly doing fan contracts and dabbling in other games
