Download size of base + ep 1?

So something Ive tried looking up but it doesn't really give an answer, and I am assuming that file sizes have changed. Long story short, I have unlimited data hotspot but it throttles after 15gb, I already bought the game (I have a slow router, but I know it will do the job if I am patient), so I want to know the download size of the base game, and ep 1, and if I can start playing it after they both download.

What about not using hotspot data? Find a place for example in your friend's home, download it, and take home. Steam's backup feature will help.

No idea what the download size is but just ep1 + base game should be about 14gb after install.

No, you login your account in your friend's machine. download, and backup the game to your USB device. When you arrive at home, you can restore the game from your USB device, and you just need a few data for updating.
