Are we talking about the disguise from The Author where you get to dress up as a ghost? I'm pretty sure that costume was called "Super Fan" or "Ghostly Fan".

you might be right, I may have confused the name with the stalker

if its the ghostfan/superfan from the author, meh, that just looks like a hommeade ghost costume, so cheesy

the answer is still the same: you can not unlock disguises for use on other levels, ever

only suits, and thats not a suit
