Paris - where is Sato?

I've taken out Novikov, Dalia and Novikov's personal bodyguard. Now I want to take out Sato, but he's not in the backstage area with the models. Does he wander off somewhere or is this a glitch?

He goes outside to smoke a cigarette.

I didn't see him outside either, or anywhere. I think he glitched out of the game.

When both main targets are down Sato just seems to move to & from the party on the pation (where the FSB agent is/was waiting) and the main bar area. There seems to be no opportunity to poison him at this stage. Presumably, Sato needs to be taken out before Dalia & Novikov :(
