Missing Evidence Recorder in Bangkok chapter .In the earlier update, It was in the evidence room outside the garden which have three security guards work there.now it's gone.couldn't find the evidence recorder anywhere.
so I wonder if is a bug?

no its not its second floor inside guard room in taple

They removed the evidence recorder in that garden shed in one of the recent updates. Not sure why.

At the second floor of the hotel (Jordan Cross side) there is a security room with a camcorder.

the one upstairs is not hard to get either, go in side door, wait till everyone is looking away turn the thing off leave the same way, no disguise or anything required. think you do need the master key but everyone should know where that is.

This confused me. As it is said to be on the "Second Floor." According to the building structure signs that can be found close by the entrance, what is referred to as the 2nd Floor is actually the "1st Floor."

That patches sometimes ruins my perfect strategy but its a good challenge for a new way .. like masseur in consulate building, 1-2 months ago i get KO on him easily because that cop was sitting and coin behind him was a good oppoturnity, now he is staying near wall and i cannot properly drop coin behind him

Well I don't know about Bangkok but depending on what country you are, ground level is sometimes considered 1st floor, then 2nd floor and so on. In other it is level 0 or whatever you may call it, then 1st floor, etc.

The "1st Floor" is the floor above the "Ground Floor". Hope that clears it up for you.

The head of staff woman have the master keycard. There's also a room across that security room with some staffs cleaning. The master keycard is on the table near the window.
