Where the key to secret lab in Sapienza?!

Iam realy going mad now! I have been stuck there for days! Iam on Sapienza and i have killed De Santis and Caruso. I found the door to their lab. I am here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RpyBqOCeBY at 10:58. But for me the door dont opens. It says that iam missing the card. Where to find it?! I have search evrywhere and cant find it!!!!

When you kill DeSantis, she should drop a biolab card.

In the basement of the mansion, there should be a scientist and a gardener in a room filled with casks and a table in the middle. There is a keycard on the table.

You can get there by going through the ruins. Make your way to the back of the ruins and there will be a gate leading down near the water on the left side (when facing out to sea with the mansion at your back) that will lead you right into the lab, no card required. There are a few cards in the lab if you need any.

No it is not where i killed her i just check the place. I killed her with the gun and then run away to escape from the guards. Now her body is not there. Now where to find the ruins and get there with no keycard?

The keycard would be where you killed her, on the ground, not where her body currently is.

The ruins are through the mansion and past the lawn, you can see the former castle-looking rocks with the cannons.

There's a keycard in Silvio's bedroom and another in Silvio's observatory room.

I wasted so much time just for a keycard!!! If it was like the previous missions where you just kill the target and espape the area i would had finished the game by now with how stupid theA.I. is.

A fun workaround I found by accident: you know there's a security guy leaning on a wall near where golf coach Roberto is making a phonecall? If you drop a gun and let this security guy find it, he will take the gun straight to the lab, going down the stairs in front of DeSantis' room. So if you follow him - he will open the biolab door and it will stay open for you for a short time. This works really well for suit-only run.
