Find a way to do SA/SO in Patient Zero Hokkaido mission with no one being infected

Bring coins and unlockers

1. Wait for 2 doctors to walk in the room, break the camera, subdue a solo guard in black in that direction, hide under the stairs
2. Wait the female in blue to come, throw a coin -> subdue -> hide under the staris
3. Go to the lab in red light, subdue necessary NPCs (at most 2 doctor and 1 guard), go up to the stairs near the burning body room
4. If two targets still inside the cycle, burn them
5. If not, go back, when a female in white is walking downstairs, throw a coin -> subdue -> hide under the stairs
6. Burn the two targets
7. Leave by bicycle

1. Get scramblers
2. Quickly go to the stair entrance of the hospital, making sure to shoot the camera on the corner then you just distract the guard outside and get inside. Can be distracted by shooting the little standout rock next to him.
3. Once inside, get downstairs and throw a coin at the coffee machine there. Will trigger the first infected to break their path and come downstairs to you. Pacify her (nobody will path down there, so just make sure the surgeons cant see her from inside their area)
4. Quickly make your way across the morgue crossing the stemcell, heart area. Most of the workers will spend large amounts of time staring into nothing.
6.Coin to make the guard near the other stairs by the stem cells look away as you make your way into the stairwell leading up near the helipad/surgery area.
7.At this point you just need to make a quick dash when the coast is clear into the empty surgery control area, quickly activating the incinerator while the Doctor is giving Owen his shot there. Both die from accident kills.
8. Quickly make your way back the same way you came. You can go for the helipad or the snowscooter once you're out of the stairwell.

Clear as mud, there are four guards on the helipad when started, if you wait for two to clear you are still left with two outside and a few in earshot!

The only way to prevent the infection spreading is to kill or knock out the nurse out before she gets infected, and given the timing of her coming into contact with Patient Zero after mission start I'd say SA is impossible without knocking her out.

Silent Assassin(SA) can be done without any knockouts and without anyone being infected (but the easiesst method requires using a disguise you pick up off the floor, negating SO)

Suit Only is probably not possible without knockouts (because unless you use a disguise to distract the nurse, your best suit only option is to knock her out)

Both SA and SO can be completed without any new targets being infected

The key is to realize the nurse is the problem. She arrives in the infected hallway at 1 minute and 30 seconds. But she only gets infected if patient zero is in the hallway with her. If he's not in the hall when she is, she'll just stand there like a lump and never be infected. Everyone else has protection suits on that come in contact with him.

You can get from the helipad (entrance) and down into the morgue security room in well under 1 minute, easily. You can change into the protection suit on the floor there (and take out the camera system) both without being seen by the morgue doctor (who is standing in the room but not looking around much)

From there you go back to the stairs and distract the nurse. You can use coins or bumping techniques to lead her around the staircase and keep her there for as long as you wish. I just ran her around in circles for 5 minutes, easily (while in the hazmat suit).

If you were doing this suit only you would just knock her out. To do this silent assassin without knockouts you just need her to not be in the hallway simultaneously with patient zero. You can leave her standing in the door any time that he is either being examined, or in his patient room. You just need to trick her away from the door each time patient zero walks that hallway where she would be standing.

You can keep her out of that hallway easily for over 5 minutes while he walks both directions and she won't be infected (just tested this myself)

Knowing this you can pretty much use any methods you want to achieve SA without a knockout, so long as you distract the nurse out of the hall each time patient zero is being moved

You'll have a hard time keeping her distracted without getting spotted if you attempt that method suit only.

But honestly it's a lot of extra effort to go through when you could just knock her out and never worry about her again

You don't need the patient distracted for SA, you only need the unprotected nurse to not be in the hallway with him when he is being moved in either direction. The nurse can be distracted out of the hallway each time he's being moved

LOL you get 3 scramlers, so it isn't ddifficult, i've finished hokkaido but didnt unlock scamblers, i'm not saying anything negative about you, but for anyone who doesnt have a scrambler that video is worhless, sorry :).

You want to do the final mission of the game without unlocking something that is very easy to unlock much sooner than getting there ? Then do it the harder way

You can SA it easily without them, but if you expect to SA/SO then you should be expected to have some easy unlocks, unlocked

The only fast path to stopping the virus requires you to access the corridor with the nurse and knock her out before shes infected, you can either hack that door or steal a guard suit and walk in

EDIT: And I just checked, you can loop around the other way and come up at her from the morgue without the scramblers, it just takes a bit more finesse and more knockouts to get there fast enough

You can also take out the infected target right off the bat if you grab a coin at the start and make your way into the facility through the bathroom window after climb onto / down the ledge. You will have to move very quickly.

You will need the golden gun to do it (ultra quiet) but if you use the coin to lure the other person in his room into the lab and then shoot him through the glass and immediately knock out the person you lured out it is possible but the window of opportunity is very short.
