Is there any video shows how do people finish each mission in less than 1 minute?

It is hard because most of the time this is literally impossible. Marrakesh, for example - is impossible to be done correctly due to the distance between targets, Paris - impossible dure to the heights you must pass to get to exit points. Sapienza - targets are quite close but map is very big, so it is impossible aswell. Hokkaido - do not even joke about making it under minute. Bangkok has same issue as Paris - heights are too big and there is no way of finishing it so fast even if you not miss single shot. Won't even bother metnioning and explaining Colorado xD

But the global score board after each mission is so impressed, if there are records, then it should be possible.

Some are doable, some are done with trainers/hacks. Just look up "Hitman *level name here* speedrun" on YouTube.

I mean without exploits - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11fXlw2CoUE good example of man doing each level in short time with exploits (Found bodies give him SA anyway, he can jump off 10 m cliff in a second, kills do not interfere SA). I am not even mentioning hacks.

Also, OP is right though, you can make one of the prequel missions on PS4 (PC is not quite same time, just tried it [1:05 is my best score out of few attempts] and I am either missing something or PS4 version of the game makes it easier) in <1 minute, though I thought this is about only main missions.

I watched all this interesting vid (I liked the guy's vid, when he was commenting them, but no longer as he seems to post vids of very obscure speed runs where you learn absolutely nothing, except if you have the same amount of play time already).

But I'm questioning he's using "exploits". Seems normal that guards would neglect someone, with a suit, when having heard an explosion ... Debatable. I know he's done a lot of such runs with tons of noisy stuff, which is a bit ... unorthodox, but not exploits to me. He's obviously played the game A LOT, and knows all the timings of targets by heart.

Not sure when you spotted jumping off a cliff, I didn't see that ... As for the "compromised" status in the Colorado mansion still giving SA, possibly a glitch ?

BTW, he's still way below the 1min/map, which seems indeed unreachable.

ye, 1 min is unreachable without glitches unlikely vczh implied (Each single speedrun is done either above 1 minute or uses strange glitches - like that one https://www.speedrun.com/run/9yoexw7z which uses ♥♥♥♥ I would consider ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded - like killing both targets with and explosion of fire extinguisher placed on floor between them)

Found bodies giving SA is not a exploit, is literally how it works if the kills was an accident.

I think the fastest time I managed to get SA in any of the maps was under 2:30 on the Japan level and even for that I had to get lucky in terms of avoiding being seen by key guards.
