Blood Money Shirt and Tie/Requiem Blood Money Pack

So am I understandind this right? I've been looking at some of the other discussions about this but none of them (unless I just didn't see it) have said anything about how for whatever reason it seems like the people who pre-ordered get the Requiem pack but it doesn't seem like the Blood Money Shirt and Tie outfit was included. So what are they just wanting people who were on their side with all the crap talk about their game pay $5 for one suit????

The Blood Money Requiem Pack DLC (white suit from the funeral mission in Blood Money) is optional and gives no advantages at all.
The "shirt and tie" (?) you're talking about is an unlock which you get after killing 10 elusive targets.

You get the Requiem suit with the DLC, the pale rubber duck (reskin) and chrome ICA19 pistol (reskin). This was a preorder pack and while the DLC's store page may confuse you by saying it includes a "Blood Money Shirt and Tie"... this is just talking about the Requiem suit again. The actual Blood Money suit unlock requires beating 10 Elusive Targets.

No one's being screwed over and it's the exact same pack as the one preorder purchasers got.

It lists the following:

* Requiem Legacy Suit – don the classic, buttoned ivory white suit as seen in one of the most celebrated levels of Hitman: Blood Money.
* Blood Money Shirt and Tie – combined with the Requiem Legacy Suit, nothing beats the traditional pinstripe off-white shirt and accompanying crimson red tie.
* White Rubber Duck Explosive – more than just a distraction, this small but potent device will incinerate those unfortunate enough to interact with it.
* Silenced ICA-19 Chrome Pistol – the reflective finish on this reliable favourite mirrors its deadly sophistication.


I'm not sure why they chose to write it this way but it is what it is.

Nah no problem. I will admit IOI could've worded this a lot better but I can assure you that the pack gives you the same items preorder purchasers got. $5 isn't too bad for a pack like this and the suit's easily the best one in the game (NPCs even make unique comments about it in-game).

You don't need to do anything fancy with the ET's like a Silent Asasssin rating - just beat 10 of them.
