How to release Kraken?

Yes, I have seen videos, but I have tried a silent/loud sniper, but nothing. Once I shoot, the bells literaly freeze in 30 degree position and that it is. Multiple shots are silent then.

It's a bit more complicated than that.

The Kraken easter egg requires you grabbing a sniper rifle (preferably the one that's unsilenced as it has variable zoom) and shooting 4 bells on a boat far out at sea in a certain order. Shoot the leftmost bell first, rightmost bell second, the bell at the top and lastly shoot the bell towards the middle of the boat - near the bottom. Do that, and you'll get your Kraken.

You can also use the Sieger 300 Ghost as its silenced + it has 4x zoom (you get it as an unlockable from the Cheveyo Calibration)

True. At the time that wasn't an unlockable, plus it requires owning the Patient Zero DLC.
