[Pro] Paris - rat poison?

Hi. Does anyone know where the rat poison is located in Paris on professional or if it even exists? I searched the kitchen as well as the entire basement area. I need it for one of the challenges and since I only have the intro pack at this time I can't bring the emetic syringe or the vial.

Both palace staff members in the kitchen area (where you can poison Novikov's bodyguard) have it.

Update for 2019? These people don't seem to drop anything.

I didn't find anything on any of the two F0 chefs. Supposedly, the third one has some. I easily found it on both palace staff (M+F) in the F1 kitchen, 2 doses total, though.
