Paris "Drowned the Rat" in professional diffiuclty?

I cant find a way to poison Viktor.

In normal difficulty it's pretty easy, just get a waiter disguise, go to the bar and wait for Viktor there, he will ask you for a drink, then just prepare the drink and poison it on his face. He will drink it and you will be able to drown him... but in professional i cannot find a way to poison him, and i already used both waiter disguises.

On normal you don't have to wait for Victor, just make a drink, poison it and go do whatever. He will come eventually and drink it.

Distraction and emetic siringe. Or knock out the two npcs by the bathroom, delay Kurt, and coin in the toilet.

Edit: delay him a lot, I think he goes in after Viktor.
