Country of Mantrega?

In my current Ironman game i've noticed that Crimea ceased to exist - and was replaced by another country named "Mantrega". What made me curious: Mantrega has no national ideas at all (despite the fact that they already have 8 ideas). Checking wiki it looks like this country doesn't exist (but just a province called Mantrega) and still it's there and has vassalized the remains of Lithuania and Golden Horde ;)

Does anyone know what's going on? (it's not a client state)

Nope, it was there before anyone had unlocked client states (no tech level 23)

Ok, so I saw another one of these on Imgur the other day (except that one was Azovia) and it turns out that these are custom nations created by Cossack Estate rebels enforcing their demands.
