The quick answer is: You can't and you shouldn't.

To exapnd on this each province has a warscore value that you can see 2/3 down the province overview. You can only take 100% warscore per war so you cannot annex well developed/large nations in 1 war.

Additionally taking large swaths of land increases your overextention above 100% which increases the amount of rebels you get expoentially.

That being said the Ottomans can get an event in 1500 to declare war on the Mamaluks with the Annexation Caus Belli, albeit against a coalition, which does allow full annexation as a peace deal option. The requirements for this event are very diffcult to obtain and sometimes won't even happen with the MTTH and AI decisions.

Thank you for the answer :)

Overextension is less of a problem. Aggressive expansion is. Or can be. Not as Kebap though.

you can't but you can sit on their occupied nation until their country breaks and then annex the nations that break free

Each province has a war score approximate cost you can see on its province page close to the bottom.

If you put claims on everything you want beforehand it'll be fairly weighted to the direct cost (different casus belli's have different modifiers, hover over a CB to see what percentages it has), it'll cost the amount of war score you see, and you initially can't take more than a 100%

The idea is that you eat away and balkanise (split into smaller states) to weaken the larger foe then sweep up the debris. Also, taking lots of states will cause diplomatic maluses and can rile up coalitions. If you want quick back to back wars, don't take any money and just take the cheapest or most nessecary provinces, as adding conditions extends the treaty.
