Another round of improvements, fixes, and quality-of-life changes is here. Let’s go! 🚀

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

Fixed an issue on Steam where the tutorial would appear every time due to a broken local save.
Fixed incorrect "Champions" stats in Tournaments.
Fixed a bug where Apache upgrades showed the wrong currency.
Improved spawn system - players now avoid dangerous or crowded spawn areas.
Leaderboard now updates more quickly and accurately.
Monster Hunt summary now displays properly at the end of the run.

🧬 Evolution System Rework

Evolutions now reach their maximum size at level 36 (Annihilator).
Megavolutions no longer grow in size, but still keep their dual weapon advantage.

This change is based on community feedback—early Megavolutions in Teams mode created an unfair advantage.

🛒 Shop & Collections Update

The Shop has been separated from Collections.
The shop now offers timed free rewards — and they get better the more you claim!
The Premium account has been renamed to VIP. 👑

🖱️ UI & Visual Tweaks

Custom cursor size reduced by 20% for better visibility.

⚔️ Duel Mode Reward Boost

Duel rewards increased — your 6th win now gives 25 gems instead of 1! 💎

latest protons wouldn't load settings screen, but 5.13-6 seems to work maybe some newer version also works, didn't test much

⚔️EvoWars - War Chest & Fair Play Update! 🎁⚔️

We've heard your feedback! This update improves War Chest rewards, removes unfair PvP penalties, adds unlimited shard storage, and introduces a new custom cursor!

War Chest Shard Rewards Increased

- War Chest now gives 10 to 15 shards instead of just 5!
- Shards are now distributed through special cards:

1st-4th cards: A total of 10 shards (collected automatically).
5th card ("Bonus Shards") contains 5 extra shards and is optional.
Steam & Premium users get it automatically, while free players can collect it by watching an ad.

Shard Storage Limit Removed

Previously, you could only hold 10 shards per weapon before getting duplicates. Now, there's no limit! 🎉

New Custom Cursor

- A dedicated graphic cursor has been added for a better visual experience.
- Prefer the default system cursor? You can disable it in settings!

PvP Balance Fix

🚨 Removed the 90% XP & Score penalty for killing the same player twice within 60s.
✅ Players using Party Code will no longer see each other in Deathmatch mode.

This update improves progression, removes shard limits, rewards supporters, and enhances the UI! Enjoy the changes and keep evolving! 🔥⚔️

Changes to War Chest loot and game economy! :gem:

War Chest Loot System Rework

- War Chest now drops shards for evolutions from level 1 up to your current rank level.

Example: If your rank is 1, War Chest will drop shards only for Caveman evolution.
If your rank is 2, it will drop shards for Caveman or Viking, and so on—up to rank 40, where War Chest can drop shards for all evolutions.

What does this change?

✅ New players will collect 10 shards for the same weapon faster, allowing them to upgrade weapons sooner and progress more quickly.

✅ Unlocking alternative weapons for higher evolutions now requires a higher rank, making them a prestigious achievement.

✅ Rank level now plays a crucial role in your progression!

Other Changes & Fixes

- War Chest price reduced from 100 to 25 gems!
- Tomb spawn chance increased from 3% to 6%!
- Empower skill now has a max level cap of 20.
- Various minor fixes and improvements.
