Getting Banned

When I completed my last match... I left my PC at the end of it to get a drink. When I came back, my team was no longer registered in a league. This did not bother me much, as I had suffered some losses and was planning on making a new team. MY first attempt ever at the Champion Ladder actually lead me up to a 7-1-1 Norse team! Pretty good... until all my team died lol. Anyways this was my 3rd team. I had only conceded twice between the two teams. I stuck it out a lot... it won't let me join champion ladder? It says that "Your coach has been banned from the competition". This has to be some sort of mistake. I heard something about conceding 5 times leads to a ban? This is part of the reason why I almost never did, although I'm not really fond of conceding anyway. I only conceded twice, but I got banned? And I played my last game through to its entirety? I'm not really sure how I got banned here but that is really disheartening and frustrating... I have been playing this game for a while now and want to play it competitively. I want to become the best Norse team! (Which I actually was according to the ladder before I deleted my team... maybe I shouldn't have deleted them. But I needed a new team, and The Ragnarok Ravagers was my team theme so ya know I had to start over). Is there any dev who can maybe explain this to me? What happened, or perhaps remedy the situation???
