Could be some other software is interfering with your game.
Reinstalling or fixing the game through Steam.. ?
Otherwise, please check that Blood Bowl 2 has been added in Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.
From Windows, search: Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
Open 'Windows Firewall with Advanced Security'.
Click 'Inbound Rules' under Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Local Computer.
Check that Blood Bowl 2 has been added twice (two rules) under 'Inbound Rules', for example:
Name: 'Blood Bowl 2'.
Profile: 'Private' (or 'All').
Enabled: 'Yes'.
Action: 'Allow'.
Override: 'No'.
Program: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Blood Bowl 2\BloodBowl2_DX_32.exe'.
Local Address: 'Any'.
Remote Address: 'Any'.
Protocol: 'UDP'
Local Port: 'Any'.
Remote Port: 'Any'.
Authorized Users: 'Any'.
Authorized Computers: 'Any'.
Authorized Local Principals: 'Any'.
Local User Owner: 'Any'.
Application Package: 'Any'.
You should have a second rule with the same settings except for the protocol (Protocol: 'TCP' instead 'UDP').
Otherwise you can add manually these two rules.
Right click on 'Inbound Rules' under Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Local Computer and click 'New Rule...'.
Check 'Program - Rule that controls connections for a program.' and click the button 'Next'.
Follow the instructions.
Note: you can apply these two rules both for a Private network and a Public network.
