It should have been there from the start, this is the feature I miss the most.
(after that it is different players look level up, and then different cheerleaders).
ATM If you want to know your team stats just grab a DB editor and peruse the management database file in your "my documents/blood bowl 2/...). If you need more info from there just post back.
Should all be there, and "should" be updating as you play games.
At least you have indirectly confirmed that I was not a complete diiot and just could not find it ingame. :)
When you change names is this for a solo team or your mutliplayer team ?
All our previous actions with our players might appear ?
Do you fing player stats for the Reikland campaign too ?
Thx
If the developers get their act together I see no reason why said stats couldn't be 'retro active', as you put it, Sean Sx. I want this badly so we can see which AI players are playing well etc. It all adds to the immersion factor, I suppose. Still, much rather have a kick-ass AI over anything else.
those stats are my most wanted feature in the game right now...
I think I'll even stop playing Blood Bowl 2 for a moment, waiting for them to put those stats back in the game.
I don't think there is.
According to the first post, new achievements should be coming with stats, but when ?
Who knows...
I hope they make it in someday but I wouldn't double down on that.
As far as the stats go. I don't know about multiplayer, have not confirmed anything about stats for multiplayer games/leagues etc. My guess is that it all works the same but that said, am not sure.
I just don't want to mislead anyone.
As far as the retro active thing goes. Unless they mess around with the format, add, take away etc, then there should be no reason it would not.
The DEV's really only have to mock up a GUI, its not hard or time consuming. Unfortunately for them they have many many thing sthey have to work on at the moment, some of which are not so easy.
I would actually hope they could fix the stats that are in the game now. In solo leagues the team stats get all screwed up. I love stats so this sort of thing kills of immersion for me and drives me up the wall.
I wish I could just make the AI play one another instead of simulating matches too. I undertsnad this would take ages, but I don't have a problem leaving my computer on during the day and letting the AI go nuts. The simulation is better then in BB1, but it is still just a simulation. I intend to dig into the python files and see how it is being calculated. I am a little reticent as if it is too bad it will completely kill off any sense of playing a league for me.
Hope that answers your questions. (Even if I got a little sidetracked).
My Solo League DEV list (not in order):
1. Team stats work properly for AI teams
2. Individual player stats and HOF
3. AI games played not simulated switch
4. Customizer for the solo leagues : Turn Length, Difficulty (E,M,H), Race Selection.
All of those things could be done pretty quickly IMO, but given the work load the devs have ATM may take some time or perhaps never make it in.
