Dice Roll probability table

Some time back someone (might have been Dode?) posted a table that showed the probabilities of every dice roll in the game, from 2+ dodges to Three Block Dice plus block skill.

I've been googling like mad but just cannot locate it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Note, I'm not looking for. A calculator, just a table.

Open excel (or open office) and make your own?

Not like it's hard to put 1/6, 2/6, ... in a table and then multiply them as necessary.

Thanks mate. Have seen that guide before, but it's not the one I'm referring to.

I've seen one where someone has calculated the percentage score of each and every action, and listed then in order from most likely to succeed thought to least likely. Like a chart version of Elyoukey's online tool.
