Help on schedule a round robin match
Hi I want to start a round robin league within my friends group

I do not how the schedule match work.

Example for ladder, we just need to queue up and then the system will pair us.

For round robin, I fix a date with a opponents , after that we both login then what should we do? Does the system allow us to find a team that is online in my league and then invite that team for a match ? ( not refer to friendly match system)

I think, but don't quote me on this, that what happens in a roud robin competition is that each "week" the opponant for a given team is predetermined. For example week 1 my team Fae Defenders might be scheduled to face the team Nergle's Nightie. It's up to me and the coach for Nergle's Nightie to arange when we'll play. My next match might then be against a team called Dwarven Ale. And again, me and the coach have to set up when we'll play the match.

What I'm unsure about is if a given team can get their next match before everyone has played their matches.

The above is correct. No, you can't play a week 2 match before all week 1 matches are complete and the admins roll the week forward. Most leagues do this on a schedule. OCC, for example, posts the schedule on our forums the Sunday before the week to be played happens, giving plenty of time to plan. On the Wednesday the week is rolled and the matches can be played.
Which is why it's nice that XB1 recently added Clubs. It makes scheduling matches far easier.
Thanks for the info guys.

So let's say I fix a day with my opponent in that week 1.
We just login to the league and will get to choose him to play a match and will auto update the league result to the system?

Or I just quene for the game and wait for my pre determine opponent to quene and the system will pair us to play

That part... I don't know. My league is doing a ladder to qualify for the competition, and qualifiers wont end until December 31st. So I haven't actually done a multiplayer round robin match.

If it's anything like in SP though, in your league menu you'll see who your scheduled opponant is. So I'd imagine you log in at the agreed upon time (keep in mind differing time zones), que up for the match, and probably wait far too long for it to register your opponant did the same. Difference is, you wont have to worry about someone else sniping your agreed upon match because they also were searching for a match.

When you go to "Play in a league" cycle to the team you want to play. Your next match will appear in the bottom right and it will say if your opponent is online or not. If he is then you have the option to Start Match. This creates a popup for the other player who will need to accept it.

After you have played your admins will need to validate in order for the result to be accepted by the system and cash/SPP to be awarded unless your league has autovalidate switched on, in which case you and your opponent will have the opportunity to accept the result of the match as it stands. If you do that then your cash/SPP will be awarded immediately; if you do not then the admins will have to validate (or reset/whatever in case of a dispute between players).
