Cheerleaders - How do you change race?

As the title suggests how do you actually change the race of the cheerleaders? I know there is an option to do so in the stadium menu but it has never actually worked. It doesnt do anything with any stadium or team I try.

So what am I missing?

It's found under team management, I think in the club tab where you improve stadium and sign a sponsorship contract. There's only 3 races available for cheerleaders: Human, Orc, and Dwarf. Fun thing is that now your cheerleaders will be wearing the team colors during the cut scenes they appear in. So even just sticking with the human cheerleaders, they're not all Rakland Raiders cheerleaders anymore.

Thats the point, I know that menu exist but its inactive. Its always greyed out. The only option I have is human and they all wear blue.

That might not be one of the free features. Did you buy the expansion or Legendary Edition?
