I think this is unfair for the goblins. DE Assassin at least has the option to block normally and pick up the ball, thus earning himself spp even if stab doesn't give any. The looney doesn't have that option. The only thing he is good for is that attack (or fouling). He is also handicapped by his attack possibly injuring himself and being a secret weapon...

''Casualties (CAS):
If a player causes an opposing player to be
removed as a Casualty then they earn 2 Star Player points. The
points are only earned if the play
er blocks an opponent or is
blocked by an opponent himself. Casualties inflicted in any other
way (including injuries inflicted by the crowd or from attacks with
chainsaws, bombs, or the Stab skill) do not count for Star Player
points.''
What is a bug as far as i can see with BB2 is the Ball and Chain Fanatic, he does attack via blocks (not some form of alternate dice rolls) and should be awarded SPP's for Casualties which the game currently doesn't.
Edited to add the Quote from LRB6. (if don't want to use link)
I'm just not sure I understand the rationale behind no SPPs for secret weapon guys/stab guys. I could understand making the stab guys maybe 1SPP since they don't get sent off for daggers, but it's still hard to successfully stab opponents, and often in return they will pummel the hell out of your assassin.
A Prone or Stunned player in an
occupied square is pushed back and an Armour roll is made to see if he
is injured, instead of the block being thrown at him.
Nobody gets spp for foul actions. This is as it should be.
Please know what you are talking about. Fanatic CANNOT foul. They hurt people on the ground as part of their special rules.
