End Turn Button
erm I might sound stupid but theres no end turn button the interface and how do you start a career

Is it missing or can you not find it? Look here: http://guide.bloodbowl-game.com/en/match-midmatch and check the interface section. It has the button marked in the bottom right (in French, dunno what language you play in). It disappears when something's happening, but other than that, I don't know why it's not showing up.

ive looked at that screen before its the challenges im trying and that buttons not displaying

The challenges are all meant to be done in one turn.

If by "start a career" you mean play in an online league, you create a team, click 'Play in a league' in the main menu and register to the league you want to join.

one turn? thats insane and i thought it had a solo career like the previous editions rather than leagues, why cant they do that? think ill go back to CE.

The challenges can take less than an hour if you know what you're doing. Also by "solo career", you might be referring to the new eternal mode.
