I already own 6 of the 8 teams in the team pack, if I buy the other 2 in the team pack bundle am I missing out on anything from LE other than beta access?

If you already own the game, then you gotta buy the "official expansion". The Team pack is only the previous DLC in the game, for example, Norse, Khemri, Chaos Dwarfs etc...

So if you want the new stuff, all you need is the official expansion. The Legendary Edition bundle is the base game + team pack + official expansion all in one bundle, in case you don,t own the base game already.
