Lovely Undead team.

I'd suggest more Guard!

It would also give you the opportunity to maybe recycle the 2nd Wight and rebuild him as a dedicated killer with PO and jump up if he rolls doubles.

Just a thought though, this is a great team!
Guard is the correct choice. Even if it does not combine well with Wrestle.
Side Step and Strip Ball are tempting. But Guard is better.

Good suggestion, I definately lean towards guard, I figure I have enough MB already. Blodge sidestep is really powerful though and keeps them alive longer. But I guess it's stupid to turn down a double, it's only 20 SPP to the next level after all. But it can take some time since first priority is to level up the rookie ghoul now.

Next skill for the second wight is definatley PO, hoping for a double next :-)

Thanks, guard it is then :-)
Blodge sidestep is indeed brilliant.

How good do you think blodgestep guard is? ;)

Good point :-)
I have a Ghoul who first level up, extra movement point, ta muchly. Second level up, extra agility, wow very nice! Third level up, double 6! Could have taken the extra point in strength, but after thinking long and hard about it (literally like about half an hour) I settled on giving him Jump Up, even though I had a choice of anything and everything. I also have a M7 A4 Wight in the same team. Pity it's a team in a single player league cos it's funny being able to play a passing game with Undead XD
@The Daemon (insert lots of rude words) you choose a normal roll, which needs your squishy Ghoul to get hit, rather than making him a 8 4 4 7 beast?! You absolute madman!

Thank Nuffle that it was a team in single player, then you can be forgiven for such a sin ;-)
Heh, I'm weird. I decided to build my ghouls for a passing game. 2 ghouls get Catch. 1 ghoul gets Pass. The 4th one got a +1 MV and a +1 AV. Course this come AFTER giving them block. Well, no. Not quite. The one with the stat boosts got those before Block due to getting lucky. Or is that unlucky? This one will probably get tackle, strip ball, and perhaps Leap... assuming he doesn't die.
You can't really go wrong with guard, but that guy appears to be your primary sacker...

In which case him having guard doesn't help him do his primary job (it makes him better at other jobs though).

If you had simply taken strip ball instead you would have been fine too. Doubles on Ghouls are not really that interesting in my opinion. Of course, guard on blodgers is nice, but eh, how often do you really use them for that job? Or want to use them for that job.

I've played a few undead teams where I skipped doubles on my ghouls for blodge/ss/sh/... and not found those teams wanting. I'd much rather have guard zombies, but obviously you don't get to choose where the doubles will land.

It was the 7 part of that that put me off in the end, with Ghouls not having regen, I think I talked myself into him getting killed in the very next game XD
Guard on an AV7 wrestle piece is ridiculous. He's already a blitzer with tackle so MB.

You have a point but I wouldn't say ridicoulous. :-)

Good point, however I find it very difficult to land a blitz with precisely THAT Ghoul on the ballcarrier (against a competent coach I mean). Therefore I don't like strip ball very much, it's rarely used. But of course it can be decisive in a match though... Should probably take that next skill up
