Orc Defensive LOS
Who are your sacrificial lambs? What three players do you put on the LoS?

I thought it was a good idea to put the Troll, but just like when I put my Tree, he was off the field for the rest of the match (and the next match). If it wasn't him, I would have had to sacrifice are poor BO.

Should you get 3 linemen just for turn 8/16 LoS? I already have 2 anyway, but then it would be a 14 player roster. Orcs are quite cheap though.

Or, chuck the Goblin on there, he's cheap enough to replace with pretty much a single games winning anyway?

Well it depends on your opponent. If it's elfs or some other ST3 team that will struggle to get 2d on your ST4 players, then load up with BoBs and the Troll and let them just dodge away.

If it's some chaos team with lots of claw then stick your least valuable guys there.

If it's some other bash team that can get the 2ds, it sort of doesn't matter too much. Depends on your goal, you can still put up the Troll and BoBs because that will force them to commit more players to getting the blocks, and thus (ideally) keep them from having as many players to do other things with.

Depends on the team you're up against. Against a bash team I just put three least valuable pieces which normally ends up being lino and two blitzers.

Against an ag team I tend to fill out the line with all the Blorks and a blitzer with other blitzers covering the flank

Troll and 2 lineorcs, usually.

The real answer is how Licker explained it... it depends. Against second half teams that are down players I've been known to line up all on the LOS.

But, in a vacuum I do what Dode said.

This is spot on as a general rule.

Also can depend on game state, if the match is already decided it will be your 3 least valuable av9 guys.

Specific scenarios can call for changes as well but it's impossible to cover off them all.
