Are these plushies even of good quality? My big brother ordered a Sybil plushie a while ago but when I found his Sybil plushie on his room, the Sybil plushie was all crusty, a bit yellowish and very smelly.

Like, do they really deliver these plushies in that much of a bad quality to the point where they are smelly and could get yellow and crusty from the sun?
