Update Notes for May 9th, 2023 -- Locations Finalized -- v0.02

City Locations Finalized

We have been hard at work getting the remaining level builds finalized and perfected for play. The visuals are completed. In tandem we've been wrapping up the final kanji combinations and boss battle questions for Water, Wind, Fire, and Sky zones.

In the coming month(s) we plan to open these levels up to all Early Access owners for testing.

The next major patch will see the addition of all remaining levels and kanjis. The total count is expected to be ~780 kanji in the entire game.

Can you present an overview of how the game works? I'm a lower-intermediate level Japanese learner, so I figured I'd be able to guess what was going on, but the overall goals and scoring mechanics are still a bit unclear.

AutoSave

Introducing AutoSave!

This will autosave a new file every day and rewrite any current day file. Actions that will trigger an auto save are:

Catching a new Kanji
Leaving a Boss Battle
Leaving an On/Kun Training
Leveling a Kanji at the Kanji Leveler
Leaving the Kanji Combine screen

We still recommend manual saving for those who wish to play multiple playthroughs (multiple people per account).

Sakura Battle Mode

Introducing a new learning centered battle mode for dungeons. Players will now have 5 chances to increase power of skill by up to 5x. Guessing a round of kanji correctly will move to the next until all 5 are completed.

Fixes to Sakura Kanji Ketchi

Added Kanji "Run Away" button
Fixed issue where players would save and then open menu to blank menu with no option to exit
Fixed broken fade system

Hello, sorry if I missed this somewhere, but is this game in Early Access or is this a full release? Either way, how many Kanji are included in the game currently and how many are intended to be added? I ask because I already know Kanji on the level of those used in the screenshots/ video on the store page and would like to know if there are more difficult or advanced characters available later in the game. Thanks...
