Pac-Man Battle Royale online multiplayer?

Just figured I'd ask, since it doesn't seem like anything in either the trailer or the description on the Steam listing tell us whether it's local multiplayer, online or both.

I'd prefer both as I normally don't play online but have friends in IRL that I'd like to play local.

Probably online multiplayer, since it only says multiplayer and not local multiplayer.

Yeah I noticed that too. I'm going to guess that there's no online mode on Battle Royale, which sucks as I was expecting that. Plus what's up with no full screen on Battle Royale? I can understand for the older games so that there's no dithering in upscale. But I'm pretty sure that Battle Royale in the arcades run on a 720p monitor...

I guess having Ms PacMan as free DLC on day one aint bad I guess...?

OK, I tried it out. Yes there's multiplayer, but the players must have a pad each. You can't play local multiplayer with a keyboard. so no "Player 1 with keyboard, and others with Pads" set up. Each player needs their own controller.

The more I play this, the more I think this is another cut'n'shunt Console-to-PC port. Maybe Mister MetaClass might be able to hack this game :3

This is unfortunate, I would have bought this if it had online multiplayer... was really interested in trying Battle Royal.

At least there's the original PacMan Champion Edition and Pac Attack! I can't moan too much...

Cool, thanks for the info....I do indeed have two controllers ....however lack of option to make the game screens large is kinda a turn off.

Sucks that it has no online mode, but being that its twenty bucks to buy the game outright instead of sinking 20 into the damn machine every time I go to an arcade, it seems like a bargain!
