Where to farm old radiant lifegems?

Shrine of amana... also the ogres drop them too.

The clerics in shrine of amana drop them which is your best bet as the mages drop regular radiant lifgems also, as do the rats in grave of saints.
No idea about drop rates though.

I was wondering if you couldn't just use lifegems? Old Hag Melentia sells standard lifegems for 300 souls each in infinite quantities in Majula after you kill "The Last Giant" I always ran there for those and never really had a problem the entire game.
