how does gaurdian seal work?

it says it automatically summons you to other worlds.. but ive never had it do that.

while wearing it, its supposed to summon to you the world of a blue cov player if they get invaded. No idea if it works though, I was in that covenant for a majority of a playthrough wearing that ring and wasn't summoned once.

If it's Blue Sentinels, it's like this:

>Have to be in an area where people are getting invaded.
>They must be in way of blue covenant.
>You must be around the same SM.

Chances of this happening will increase in certain areas. If you really want a good area, tower of flame is a hot-spot for PVP'ers to invade.

I have tried using it and it hasn't worked for me once in my entire NG playthrough. I'd expect it to take another month before there is enough sinners and people on the same level to make it work.

Basically you wear it and if a cov of blue gets invaded it summons you, how you can tell its working is the icon near your health is glowing, if its glowing then you can be summoned, if not then its not going to work. you have to be human to be summoned as well.

Edit: also you can't help the host kill enemies so your job is to look for the invader, you get a giant red eye that leads to him, you won't get summoned into the bell tower unless its a red invader.

I've had it work several times, the problem is people need to join the cov of blue and WEAR THE RING. you can even put the ring on after you've been invaded and it will summon someone. other then that don't expect much action from the guardian seal

I think the main problem is just that there isn't a lot of invading going on in general right now. In about 70 hours of play between two characters I've been invaded by another player once. That's right. Just once.

So as you might imagine demand for blue sentinels isn't especially high right now. That will change if/when invasions become more common. Hopefully once people reach the higher SM brackets we'll see more of that.

Way of the Blue must be invaded WHILE WEARING HIS COV RING

You must be a Blue Sentinel while wearing your COV RING

Area doesn't matter.
