So.. Do we still kill all NPCs before NG+?
Just like in Dark Souls 1?

yes, just be aware that your sin carries over and you cant get rid of it until you get to brightstone cove. Expect to get bullied by blues the whole game.

Really?

I don't remember sins carrying over back in Dark Souls 1.

Well.. In this case.. is it worth killing NPCs then? I remember absolving sins back in DS1 cost A HELL LOT OF SOULSSS

In DS2 it's 1000 times your SL

absolving sin still costs a lot of souls. its up to you if you want to kill them. Look on the wiki to see what items they drop and ask yourself if its worth the constant invasions you will get. Well I guess you could technically kill them then pay for your sins before ng+ but thats still not killing EVERYBODY.

Oh my. I better not screw myself over then. That is hundred thousands of souls just to absolve sins.
