It's not like they'll riot and disapear for being ignored for a couple of days, lol. What ever souls they end up totaling to be wouldn't be any different than when you get access to make them. Like, if you gain 20k total souls from them, and through out this time till you have access to make them you get 200k souls. Your total will still be 220k, but either 20k earlier or later.
If nothing suits you, you'll just have all those souls to reap in on the spot.
Keep them until you can trade them in for uber gear.

So those boss weapons may seem lackluster at first but they end up getting 150% base power when fully leveled up.
