I think it's more the piling up of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happening that comes with every triple A game. The graphics changing, worries about the gameplay changes, remembering some of the extremely stupid ♥♥♥♥ the director said when the game was first announced. Maybe, yeah, but Namco/from software have been kind of crappy about the whole situation

I think it's fine, in any case FromSoft probably had nothing to do with it - would've been Bamco.

That was a horrible trailer and so bad that it made me laugh. The trailer is not completeing bad though as it made me feel the same i did the last trailer which is good since it's sticking to the same thing. However, DS 1 was easy and seeing other people complain how hard it is makes me laugh. Personally i hope DS 2 is a harder game from the orginal and is as hard as people say, if not then i feel like the same way i did in DS 1.

Overall the trailer sucked and the music did not match at all. Makes a bad first impression for those who had NOT played Dark Souls 1.

The general consumer doesn't CARE, they're playing skyrim, they're catching butterflies, they don't give half a crap about some masochistic ass nugget of a game! This marketing is thousands of dollars down the tube that could screw over the entire series, to people who will never CARE about Dark Souls because the casual market is friggin taken. Dark Souls and Demon's Souls were a success where Medal of Honor failed because they opened up to a market that wasn't taken over. Dark souls 2 is making that mistake

You have a very good point. I was expecting Casual Souls 2 from some things From/Namco said, and although I'm not worried about the actual game's difficulty after a lot of people said it's just as hard or harder than Dark Souls, it doesn't change the fact that they are still trying to appeal to casual gamers. I guess they want that part of the market, but everybody that has heard of Dark Souls always thinks it's the hardest game ever. Why would a casual gamer even think about buying any game from the series if that's what people think of when they think Dark Souls?

ive been a jethro tull fan since i was 16(in secret theyre not very cool to most people) im 36 now, locomotive breath by tull is a good choice actually, i smiled a little on hearing it. for one its good the makers know this band, and 2 dont you get the lyrics? its about a loser who keeps getting beat down again n again. the whys and wherefores of getting back up, knowing youre going to die and are ♥♥♥♥♥♥. tramp takes a beating geddit?:)

The lyrics might match but the rhythm and beat of that music has nothing to do with the trailer.
