Connecting your Steam account to your Interstellar Marines website account

We will be adding the ability to connect your Steam account with your www.interstellarmarines.com account in a future update so we can provide a seemless experience between Steam and the website. It will take us a little time to do this, as our main focus right now is to amazingly unique gameplay.

What is the point of connecting accounts?

I did the spearhead way back wehen, two years ago.
Does this mean I own the game?
I thought it said I would get all "Three"(I think) games or some such

You log in and go to your profile to get a steam key, then activate it.

i supose its to link any past achievements and progres in the game like your toons lvl.

You get a sweet avatar on the IM forums.. ! :P But yeah no real point besides that. There are quite a few people asking for it - I imagine they just like to connect the two accounts. It makes sense I guess

well you also get access to certain peices or demos of the game directly from your browser too i think like the multiplayer, running man, bullseye, ect. I know you have to have an upgraded account for the multiplayer one so thats cool. Maybe they'll have added other features later

i just logged in and i see that my profile has the spearhead medal in it but i can't find a steam key, where am i supposed to look for it?

I just purchased this game and have yet to see any Steam Key in my profile on the forum either. ? It ask for me to update and it wants me to purchase the game of which, I already own.

Go to view/edit my private information on your profile page then it is at the bottom. It should look something like (used) LA28A-XB7CW-GVADL. You copy and paste that into the steam pop up after clicking add a new game then activate a game.
