pure greed, like they don't make enough selling highly priced routes
If TSW 4 had been released as TSW 2 then MAYBE i would have bought it. A release cycle of 3 / 4 years would be fine by me.
Same here!
Like many, I feel this is really eye-opening.
And I don't even feel interested in what will be new in this version, to be perfectly honest.
Am at the point now where I hope MS takes the franchise back (as they did with FSW).
This isn't a Microsoft Franchise though. So not sure how that will happen.
Microsoft Train Simulator was developed by Kuju, which is the original developer of the Railworks series of games, which is now the property of DTG, and is now known as "Train Simulator Classic"
Train Sim World was built from the ground up by DTG, Microsoft don't have any hand in this game at all. I mean their hand in the original Train SIm was that they put their branding on it... Railworks then became property of Electronic Arts... are you sure you want them to take it back?
The editor will be useful though, Train Sim Classic's tools for schedules etc around that kept me as much engaged than anything else, but not sure how well it will compare...Honestly I will wait until some significant sales. Oh, on top of this we have StarField?
