Starpoint gemini 2 won't launch.

Hello Friends! First time saw bug like this in Steam. I installed game, change language. But when I try start play - nothing happens. I repaired game - nothing. I reinstalled game - nothing. This game is free, with Origins DLC.
Great, that I don't spend money at this game.

Question to developers and community - how this bug can be fix?

Windows 7x64, i5 3450CPU, 16gb RAM, Nvidia GF GTX750TI 2gb

Please try to restart Steam and verify integrity of game cache. If the game does not start, it's not a game bug, it's Steam related issue. :-/

reinstalled/turn off, turn on mods/repaired, verified integrity of game cache/ - nothing.
How this can be a Steam problem, if other players can launch this game?

Any other solutions to fix this?
