where to find heroes?

hello -SG2- community and happy holidays :)

I just finished the storyline (awesome game) so I decided to become a bounty hunter. my questiion is, where exactly do I find the bad guys? I killed 2 or 3 of them but it was random encounter..

supposedly easy difficulty hshows them on map. Near their name is the region where they are or so.

The other method is Gemini News. I don't know how reliable that is, so I just hit them when I see them.

you can take my heroes! im lvl 9 and for some reason i get hunted by a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of heroes. lvl 40-70 and no one help me with them or anything. they just slowly follow me :<
