android apps of games

As I was google-ing something for an other thread, I came across the android app version of my beloved Imperium Galactica II...I was thrilled, bought it right away (despite owing it on CD both Hungarian and English and digitally - hehe: digitally owning Digital Reality, get it?)

I had this idea then to have some material about SG2 too on the Android market. Not the game obviously, but maybe a collection of game manual, wiki, maybe a guide, I dunno.
Maybe it is too early for this, the game is still in beta.

One of my biggest joy about gaming was when I found the android app of EVE - immediately followed by my biggest disappointment to find that it cannot be used to access your study progress. The studying all happened real time and online - I have a full time job, meaning I'm away from home 6am-19pm. Many times happened that my study queue ran out on the morning and my money was ticking away with the seconds doing nothing..hated it.
I wonder if it would make sense to provide any material of this game on the android market.
