Freelancer Taxi missions.
So I picked up a VIP, but I'm not sure how to tell where to take them. So I've been going from station to station hoping that I find the right one. I must be missing something very obvious becuase I just don't see it. Help?

HI HSOGA,

It looks like the Devs are working on a pickup and drop off location in the future, but for the time being after you accept the mission there will be a gold arrow in the flight screen (there's one on the map, but it is not a different color). Also keep in mind to dock with the actual target. If you its grey and you land it may not register. Make sure you actually select the target to land at. Hope that helps.

Completed freelance missions don't have to be turned in. When you reach objective waypoints and complete stated objectives, mission will be completed and you'll see confirmation screen. For taxi mission (just anchor to planet or station indicated by missionmarker), for scan anomaly, just travel to designated anomaly, select it and scan and mission will be completed. Same is with every freelance mission. Future side and campaign missions will be a bit different.
Also, waypoint are likely to be modified since current system is sometimes confusing. Thanks for feedback, it helps in determining what needs additional tweaking

Thank you for your reply. The captains log confused me a bit when I tried to determine whether or not the missions were complete (Repair a sattelite outside the first planet). Now I'll know! :p2chell:

will there be reputation loss for failed missions? also i niticed if you dock at a station with an active mission you are assigned it automatically i.e. the VIP boards your ship even if you didn't accept the mission.
