Betsy Boss Not Spawning (BUG)

Whenever my friend and I do Wyvern Den, we never have a boss to fight. I am assuming the boss comes at the end of this level, but for us the level just completes. Is there something special you have to do to face the boss?

it's the last level you do in gamblers pass: Wyvern Den.

Okay. Well, is there a boss? Or is it just the level? Is there actually a Betsy wyvern that you fight?

There is a betsy boss. I was able to fight her twice and then on the third attempt she wasn't there.
When she is there you see her starting round one and she'll start to mess with your stuff.

This also happens to my friend and I. Two players in the game, happened in both 25+ and 25++ on Hard. Quab did not die. It was also odd that he was there, because previous times when we did do the fight where betsy appeared, Quab was never in the map even from the beginning.

Betsy doesn't appear on 25+ and 25++. She only appears in 20+ and 25+++.

Also Quab doesn't exist in 20+ and 25+++.

i could be wrong, i never felt like testing it, but I believe she is only in incursions. 20+ was just for the quests. we killed betsy, she doesn't appear in the den any more, which then makes the difference for the wyvern den incursion.
