Tho I wouldn't fret too much over eggs, you'll be rolling in them in no time :P
We spend a lot (and I mean a LOT) of time talking and brainstorming ideas on how we'll pursue trading in DD2, and have even had a few brainstorming sessions with the community in the past. Stay tuned in the future, as I promise you this will be discussed in more detail as we work out how we want to approach the feature and talk about it with all of you.
Please consider that now there are tons of loot - new loot drops- only thing you need to invest is your time. The loot will come to you I promise.
The problem is that most people are too greedy - they want max lvl in few hours, destroyed progression with trading system and then game is just dead. No progression, no end game content means no objectives for you - no fun anymore. DD2 will be dead that time.
