how do i get a pet in this game :)?

Just complete the quests. You will get a quest eventually which unlocks pets.

You will find eggs throughout playing. Enemies will drop either one of the 3 possible eggs. The eggs will rot within 48 hours if you don't do anything with it. Back in the tavern, you can head over to the hatchery (where the two young kids stand). It currently only takes one second to hatch the egg. You can than level your pet up with experience and pet food. Reroll items are also dropped from monsters which can allow you to reroll your pet's stats.

how do i buy a skin for my pet or special pet ? i saw it in video but cant figure out

When you put an egg in the incubator(hay pile, unlocked when you finish campaign for the first time) it will give you an option on the right hand side of the screen to buy a premium pet associated with that egg type. Otherwise if you are talking about the quest pets. There tends to be a monthly seriese of tasks that will reward you with a special pet.

You won't start getting egg drops until you move past campaign into free play mode tho. Then every miniboss has a fairly decent chance of dropping an egg.
