Mass Destruction Disappeared
Hi... i hope support can help me....
i was having a break from the game and now i return i did some games...
and im trying to check my builds and i noticed that i miss 1 Mass destruction... i know for 100% sure i had 2 of them after i finished all the primes... please can you check that for me and see if it got deleted or somehow disappear.... please i hope you can Restore it to me...

i beat all primes maps and i did beat Mastery 50 ...
i did not Delete it and i didn't do any changes in my account i wasn't even logged in for months...
when i got back now i just found out WOW one of them is GONE
you can please check that? you can see for yourselves that i beat all primes and Mastery 50
and the login time.... its just disappeared
please dear support Restore it to me

I have the same issues but with every hypershard, I only have 1 of each when I returned. Ive beaten all of mastey even the new c8 mastery (so i have 2 juggernaugts now) ive done all the primes including the new ones but its the other hypershards im missing.

so you have 2-3 of each one now?

I had a similar issue a a few months ago when I lost a guilded shard. I filed a a report through the support site and saw nothing in response.

me too, I lost one of each hyper shard when I return to the game, I suppose to get one from mastery and one from prime and now I left with one of each hyper shard. I supported the game so hard and topped some money to support somehow, and they treat me like this, with no one answering.
